If they're as high as they can go, you might need new screws for them (taller ones). You can buy those from MM if you can't find them locally. While I had the strings off, I oiled the fretboard and gave the guitar a good polish. Prior to the change there was maybe a slight hint of fretting out buzz on the most extreme bends.
